I have a lot of health issues so I've worked with a lot of doctors and their offices, this is the absolute WORST practice I've ever dealt with. My IUD expired so I had to get it taken out and put a new one in, they told me that I had to order one myself... then for getting an IUD put back in they told me that I had to go out myself to go and buy a pregnancy test and then send a pic of the negative result so that they can put a new IUD in. They are an OBGYN office as well and they don't have any pregnancy tests and won't do any... Ive never heard of such a thing. Ive never heard of making the patient buy their own medical device themselves and then having them send it to the office bc they don't provide IUDs unless you order one yourself... I had to wait until I got my period to get a new IUD put back in and when I tried to make an appointment the receptionists told me that Dr. Violi had no appointments, she was booked up until the end of time... the next available appointment was in 20 years... what in the actual f*** I have a rare medical condition that impacts a lot of gynecology aspects and Dr. Violi never took even 5 minutes to look up my condition, let alone read about the clinical care guidelines for gynecologists. Abnormal test results she said were not due to my condition, when in fact they are again, she didn't even take the 2 minutes it takes to google if that abnormal finding is caused by my condition.

Everyone in her office is very nice and addresses you by name which makes you feel like they really know you and want to help take care of you. I’ve had two babies delivered through this practice and I am very happy with the process.

Dr. Violi, Lisa, and the entire staff are absolutely amazing! Any questions or concerns I've had so far have been met with care and respect. Working with Dr. Violi and the team left us with a lot of ease and confidence in this first-time pregnancy. We also feel as though our choices are heard and our needs are being taken care of. We are a couple interested in an unmedicated, minimal medical intervention pregnancy/birth. The entire office is more than accommodating and supportive of what your needs may be. Every pregnancy/preference is different and seems to be welcomed and respected here. They make you feel like you're part of the team and go a step further to empower you with knowledge!

Dr. Violi and her team have been invaluable in the delivery of all three of my children. I deeply appreciate the kindness they consistently show throughout the numerous encounters I've had with the team. Dr. Violi's extensive expertise and perceptive approach provide a comforting experience during each instance under her care. Dr. Violi and her staff have always been so helpful especially during my high risk pregnancies. There isn’t anything negative to say about her and everyone at her office. My visits have always been very pleasant because Dr. Violi is a very caring and encouraging physician, and she and everyone in her office are always so considerate, thorough and take all the time necessary to answer all of my concerns/questions. Even during the pandemic, they make sure everyone is kept safe and made me more comfortable to visit her office. I would highly recommend Dr. Violi to anyone who needs an OBGYN!

Dr. Violi delivered my daughter in February. She and her staff were fantastic! So welcoming, so calm, gave fabulous advice and exceptional care, and took me in as a new patient when approaching 20 weeks due to the pandemic. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Dr. Violi and her entire staff! If you are considering an OBGYN, I would highly suggest this practice.

Back in October Dr. Caterina Violi came highly recommended by the ER doctors at Greenwich Hospital because of a large, 18cm mass taking over my uterus. Very afraid of what it could have been...I made my first appointment with Dr. Violi. Her office, Lisa and the rest of the staff couldn't have made me feel more at ease. I was extremely confident that I would receive the very best care. Dr. Violi & the oncology surgeon set my surgery date up quickly. On 11/30/20...my surgery went very well as my almost 10lb mass was found benign...thank you God. I was treated so amazing by Greenwich Hospital. Every follow up appointment with Dr. Violi was a pleasure. I will forever be grateful to her and the team of doctors and nurses for my amazing care. She is the doctor you want if you need the best kind of care! Also...let me add...she is not just your doctor...you are not just her patient...she is a caring, compassionate and comforting human being..truly amazing and a rare find! She took the time to not only comfort me prior to surgery...but was so great with explaining everything to my sister and Mother. She will forever be remembered by me and my family. I have been going to Dr. Violi's office for over 15 years. When I enter the office, the staff always greats me by first name (which makes me feel special). The environment of the office is warm, bright, & professional. Making an appointment is very easy. The wait time of this office is normal (between 5 to 10 minutes). When seen by any provider at this office (the PA or the MD), she always asked if I had any questions before leaving the room. I rarely have any questions because they walk me through everything. Dr. Violi's office delivered both of my sons. I was very happy with my experience. She listened to my wants & needs during my labor. Which made my labor experience flawless. Definitely recommend this office.

I have had the honor of working with Dr. Violi and her staff for over a decade now. She has helped me successfully deliver three beautiful, healthy baby girls over the past four years, and I could not be happier with my family as a result! Dr. Violi is brilliant, reliable, compassionate, and thorough. If she was busy at the hospital during my appointment, she always made a point of contacting me thereafter. She would call me even if it meant putting in the effort well after her office hours were finished for the day, to detail the results of any scan or assessment during my pregnancies. Additionally, the other staff members at the office, including but not limited to Christina and Dana, are personable, diligent, and genuinely kind when it comes to managing appointments and detailing important health information.
