Once was enough! He came off as VERY condescending with NO bedside manor. He seemed pretty mean to his staff too. I swtiched just after one visit, and now I have the best dermatologist.

They messed up my prescription twice and then kept saying it was the pharmacy's fault

I completely agree with the most recent rating! I loved the receptionists so I thought it would be a great experience. I started with Dr. Shenuski who told me I had an acne cyst on my face. After a month of antibiotics, I came back and she got the other doctors "Norwood and Pennington" to come in and rudely tell me "No sense injecting it, we'll keep you on antibiotics for another month but we'll probably need to lance it and that will leave a small scar and the cyst will most likely come back so you'll then need to see a plastic surgeon who will give you a bigger scar". I'm 25, so a little sympathy here would've been appreciated. I asked for an injection to at least TRY a less severe alternative, and finally they agreed. A week later I started getting ringing in the ears and Dr. Shenuski told me that there's no way it's from antibiotics. So I went to my PCP who told me that they CAN cause ringing in the ear. Needless to say after several chances I've changed doctors! Good Luck

There doesn't seem to be a lot of caring at this office, especially from his assistants who seem like they'd rather be home. Very unfriendly, confused and unhelpful. It's just an overall odd, unprofessional feeling I got here that I never experienced at a doctor's office before. The only one's who seem somewhat interested are the receptionists. Otherwise, it's a very cold atmosphere with an attitude as if they are doing you a favor.

It was difficult to discuss my condition with him. It was also difficult to get a word in edgewise. While waiting in one of the exam rooms, I could hear him yelling at his office staff. Very unprofessional and if I need to revisit a dermatologist, I will be finding another one.

He removed a lesion. Was skillfull and patient with my fears and questions. Also, diagnosed a condition I didn't realize I had (rosacea)and gave treatment advice.
