My three children were patients at Dr.Henry, and we decided to switch doctors. On a recent visit to their pediatrician, the doctor did not record a polio vaccination that my ten-year-old daughter should have taken. He asked us to call the previous doctor to find out if she took it. When we called, we got the run around for days without an answer. They claimed that they updated their software and would not be able to provide us this information.

I decided to email the medical board, and after two months, I received a copy of my daughter's medical record with a very unprofessional letter from Dr. Henry himself. He went as far as to tell me in the message that I am an unfit parent and unintelligent for not keeping a copy of her medical records...Side note, we did not ask for the medical records as we have them. We wondered if she took a vaccination that she should have but is not listed on the medical records.....Either way, really classy from a doctor and professional to insult me because I wanted to make sure my child had the proper vaccinations.

I would not bring my children back to this place if he treated them for free! I am appalled at the letter he wrote and the accusations he made.

It's too bad Yelp does not have the option to attach the letter for the world to see.

Dr. Henry is the best!!! Best pediatrician around. He really listens and treats each kid as if he/she were his own.

Had to switch doctors and leave Dr Henry because of insurance/financial issues and if there was anyway possible I could have kept my children there, I never would have left! BEST BEST BEST Pediatrician a parent could ask for. He cares about the child he is treating... Most kids are afraid of the doctor, but not Dr Henry because he laughs with them, he plays with them, he explains what's going on to them and gains their trust and to a mom, that means the world!! He was never off with a diagnosis and I never had to wait to long to get my kids in to see him if I needed to. HE ROCKS

I'm shocked Dr. Henry isn't on the webpage yet! He is hands down, the BEST pediatrician. There's never more than a 5-10 minute wait from when you walk in the door to when you see the Dr. Any time my children are sick, I can get in that same day. The office is always packed with patients, yet extremely orderly. Dr. Henry takes his time and makes sure I understand exactly what's going on with my kids. Also, my kids consider Dr. Henry their friend. He's very personable and great with children. He's extremely knowledgeable and has an awesome personality. The entire staff there is super kind and outgoing. It's never ever a bad experience at a visit to Dr. Henry. Just a great overall doctor, very respectful, on top of things, and treats every single patient as if they're his own family. This family LOVES Dr. Henry!!
