I have seen Dr. Kilmer for laser treatments and Botox. She and her staff are very professional and take their time with you. I never felt rushed or that she was in a hurry to see the next patient. She explained my options and never pressured me to schedule the procedure. I was very pleased with the results with my procedure. Also, they are always on time- unlike other doctor offices where I wait 30-60 minutes to see the doctor.

I saw Dr. Kilmer for a non-medical concern. She has a big, fancy building in Sac, staffed by seven other female doctors and a few PAs and NPs. It's pretty slick, but everyone was friendly and the place appeared to be well-run. She took time to talk to me and explain my options, and called in one of her fellow doctors to give me more detail when I asked about something outside her area of expertise. She is a pioneer in the use of lasers for skin conditions and treatments, and I found her and her staff to be friendly and helpful.
