The office staff was very unfriendly, unhelpful, lazy, rude, and incompetent. I would never recommend them to anyone.

My children and I love Dr. Brooks. He takes time to answer all of your questions. He is caring and great with the kids.

Very Nice, professional and knowledgeable. Is laid back but will let you know if there is a problem for sure. The staff is very good with kids we've had our daughter with him for almost 2 years now. As a whole the office is great and even if Dr. Brooks isn't available, they always make sure that one of the other Doctors is there to help. Getting appointments on the same day has never been an issue.

Very unhelpful and unwilling to listen. My son had digestion problems and Dr Brooks would never listen to me and always blamed my sons problems on colic.."oh, give it time it will go away." But continuously I asked for help to no avail. To him I was just a ranting mother. Needless to say I don't take my kids to see him anymore. Don't get me wrong he's a nice man but does not take the time to talk to you. Plus he told me that he doesn't believe babies are in pain when they teethe. WTF?!?!? And he has kids of his own.

Great doctor who listens to his patients and addresses their concerns. My 5 year old loves going to see him. Always on time. I highly recommend him.
