This Dr. was the worst experience I have ever had!! He doesn’t listen or even ask any questions. When I tried to explain my situation he literally said “I don’t need your life story.” I left with all the same problems I came in with.

Will never use this doctor again, was more worried about me not having a family doctor.
Was short and rough with me don't know what his problem is .

I have bad nose bleeds kinda far back inside of the nose and all he was worried about was a couple little cracks right inside the nostrils which never bleeds but I told 3 or 4 times about the one that always bleeds like a river flows and said oh I didn’t see it and didn’t even try to look again so here I am again having these horrible nose bleeds now I have a different appt with my main ENT but he has been on vacation 5 out of 6 days my nose has bleed so bad one trip to the er

We love Dr Roof. He has helped with my my nose , my oldest sons ears, and my youngest sons ears, adenoids and mouth issues we would recommend him,to anyone he us a blessing

Dr Roof and his staff were amazing. He was on time and took time to explain everything to me and my kids. I would highly recommend him. His staff was courteous and friendly!!

I had a sore ear. He have me an expensive hearing test and a nasal spray. I made another appointment with Dr. Parker when the spray did not help. Dr. Parker took one look and ask me what I was putting in my ear. Problem was going too deep with a Qtip. I was angry I had suffered 3 months using the nasal spray. I felt if Dr roof had spent more time asking me questions and listening to me tell him I had been using decongests that my primary Dr had prescribe he might have caught on it was not allergies.................

This Dr. saw me for only a few minutes, and became upset when he realized my family doctor had not sent me for a swallow test before making my appointment with him. Also, I barely had time to discuss sinus problems with him. This was my first viit, and I wanted (expected)him to do a thorough check-up. However, he ended the appointment, saying the office would schedule me for a swallow test. The following day after the test, the dr. called to tell me my swallow test was normal. That was the end of the conversation. No follow-up appointment, and no discussion of other ENT issues. I felt as if going to this dr. was a total waste of my time and money! I now find it is neccesary to go to an ENT to get help for my sinus problems, which should have been discussed and treated during my appointment with Dr. Roof. I am so disappointed.

He was in the room with me about 5 minutes if that long he checked in both ears mouth and nose ,said all is normal,,,,(I was sent to Dr.Kenneth Parker but Dr. Roof came in.)..I was sent because my own personal doctor and his nurse saw blood behind my ear drum...Dr.Roof didn't ask what meds I was on or any history.I couldn't believe that I went in and he will paid for 5 minutes.

Did not remove nose packing, that had been in for 3 days, said I would need many more app'ts, did not know my Husband was setting in waiting room.We did not go back. Reported him to Board of Directors at Community Hosp.
