I was seeing Dr. Talton for years and like her very much. She spends a good amount time with you listening. She is a great Dr. Unfortunately, her staff is the worst I have ever seen in my life. Her staff is the reason I left Dr. Talton. They are rude, irresponsible, not helpful and I never can get a return call for any reason. Furthermore, it is darn near impossible to get someone to answer the phone. I hope Dr. Talton reads this and make improvements with staff in order to help her career.

I have been seeing Dr. Talton since 1999. She is an excellent docor who is very knowledgeable and patient with her clients. Her diagnosis and treatment of my illnes as well as other pre-existing conditions have been excellent. As we all know excellent doctors are hard to find and therefore if you find one keep it. I am going to keep this one.

Can't get the doctor to call back to discuss "out of range" lab results. Left a voicemail and message with staff, but no luck.

They staff purely sucks! They can't get simple things done and never answer the phone! They never return your call when your leave a message. It is a shame that such a wonderful doctor has such a snobbish and lazy staff!

Dr. Talton is awesome. I recently moved out of state and no longer see her and I wish I could find a Dr half as good. I started seeing her in 1999 and have always had a wonderful experience with her. Office is a little bit of a mess but she is worth it!

Staff is RUDE & INEPT. Dr. Talton is great but her staff is HORRIBLE and for that reason alone, I am changing doctors. When it takes nearly 10 phone calls & almost a month to have them simply send a fax, something is wrong. Completely unorganized office. Phone is not always answered. I won't deal with it anymore as I have been patient and given them chances to improve time and time again. Snobby receptionists are just inexcusable. Sorry, Dr. T. but your office is being run by a bunch of idiots.

Dr. Talton is the best ever. I have been seeing her since 2005 and even after she moved, I travel to visit her. She is thorough and knows exactly what to do when you present your issue. I have recommended her to everyone I know.

I have always found the staff helpful and Dr. Talton caring and willing to spend time to talk in order to get to the bottom of any problem instead of just assuming and medicating. I have been a happy patient for about ten years and would recommend her to anyone.
