She is sometimes nice and sometimes SUPER cold. I didn't feel comfortable asking all my questions... she seems knowledgeable but I just wasn't comfortable with her. I also think she put her interest ahead of mine when she strongly pushed for a D&C without giving my body any chance to pass the pregnancy naturally. I stood my ground and did not do the surgery and everything ended up fine. She gave me two pills to take orally to help pass the pregnancy while I read a lot of research about that particular pill be more effective to be taken vaginally. She however said the pill is taken orally during the first trimester. Months later she was telling me how the pill should be taken vaginally. I of course called her out on that and her response was "there's new data now about taking it vaginally". I don't believe her... I knew all along taking it vaginally was better and I think she wanted the pill to fail so she can do surgery and make more money.

She's definitely skilled & knows her stuff. Her bedside manner is excellent. She always returns your calls same day or next day. She sometimes is super sweet & sometimes very cold which makes you think she doesn't care. She spends time to make sure everything is explained and all your questions are answered. Although I still think certain options are not explained when she is leanings towards a certain procedure. I went through multiple miscarriages and I researched and researched so much every time & came up with questions and wondered why she didn't offer certain medication to me to help with the miscarriage & only offered a D&C? It's probably much easier, efficient & profitable for a doctor to do a surgery than otherwise. So there was a definite lack of trust there. I would say if my pregnancies were successful, I would have stuck with her. She is good enough to stay with if you have no issues. Otherwise I don't recommend her. I don't care for the staff either. They aren't friendly.

The front desk staff is very rude and entirely unhelpful. Dr. Chang did not listen to my concerns or make me feel like she cared about my health. The entire time I felt judged and in the way of whatever else she needed to do. She does not have good bedside manners and would highly recommend anyone concerned about their health to go a different doctor.

Dr. Chang has delivered two babies for us, both of which had cords wrapped around their necks... With the catlike quickness comparable to that of a Jedi knight, Dr. Chang unwrapped the cords and put our precious children out of harms way. Not only does she know what to do in any situation, but she has a great attitude and always exudes positive energy as well. We are incredibly fortunate to have had her as our doctor and we wish her the very best. Thank you, Dr. Chang!!!

On several occasions heard staff complaining about questions patients ask, receptionist seems unaware of bed side manners & unfriendly, wait is entirely too long for ultrasounds, but Dr. Chang is very knowledgeable, caring and personable.

Dr. Chang is a super doctor! She always takes time to answer any questions, she calls you back promptly when you leave her a message, and she really cares about her patients. She's very personable and easy to talk to, but she is on top of her stuff.

What a sincere doctor. She REALLY cares about what you have to say. She makes you very comfortable with her treatment plans. She that best OB/GYN I've ever had the pleasure of seeing; and I've seen several.

Dr. Chang is awsome! I feel very fortunate to find her. I went to see her for the second opinion because the first gynocologyst said I need to have a surgery to remove one polyp. It turned out it was completely unnecessary. Dr. Chang removed the polyp on site. She saved me from an unnecessary surgery. She was also very patient and explained in detail what I would experience after the procedure. She even called me to inform me about the lab results and answered questions I had. It was totally unexpected and showed that she really cared her patients. I will definately keep her as my doctor and recommend her to my friends.

I can not comment highly enough about Dr Chang. She is extremely caring and knowledgable. She truly cares about her patients, including the unborn. She listens intently and is very on top of every situation. I had a rather rough and scary first pregnancy, and my husband and I were very grateful for her expert care and compassion through it all. Her office staff is wonderful, as well.
