Dr Arora is knowledgeable and personable. He doesn’t rush us through our appointment but is willing to listen and answer our questions. The only drawback is difficulty getting an appointment.

i have refused this dr when admitted too er their organisation stinks they refer to each other to build up income their dr assistants never call back and their front office is the same dreadful organisation and that always starts from the top my pharmacy gave up calling them after 3 faxes and 3 phone calls

I have lost trust in Dr Arora with the care of my mother. My mother has Parkinson's disease. She has tried all the medications available to fight her disease to no effect. When asked about his opinion about trying Medical Marijuana since all other (pharmaceutical medicines) failed to work.... at all. His response was "I don't know much about it". I was shocked that I .... a layman seemed to know more about the subject than he. (I challenge you to watch this video.....

My biggest complaint concerning this Dr and his staff involves their neglect of my mother in her hour of need.
Last week my mother had a bad fall at home. She broke two ribs and received a bad head injury. My mother went to Morton Plant. I asked the staff in the Hospital to please have Dr Arora (whose office is across the parking lot) be involved with the treatment of her head injury ....since he was her Neurologist. Imagine my surprise when the next morning I get a call from Dr. Arora office ..... the first words out of their mouths was.... NOT that they are sorry that my mother is hurt..... Not that they will be glad to help her.....BUT they will be canceling her future appointments due to lack of her $33.00 C0-payment. (thirty three dollars and no cents) My mother was fighting for her life and This Doctor and his staff cared more about a $33 co-payment. (which was in the mail by the way) than the life of my mother. I called DrArora's office to speak with either Dr Arora himself or his office manager to rectify this situation. I was thwarted in this effort at every turn by his staff FOR TWO DAYS!!! Until I finally reached Heather. The explanation given did not ease my misgivings. I am EXTREMELY DISAPOINTED. (no no...... I'm pi$$ed off)
