Dr Woods is GREAT, but as previous poster said, office is very busy, and wait times can be improved upon. I do not enjoy the wait time, but I guess it is a reflection of what a great doc she is. She does take the time to explain things, and is not judgemental, very empathetic. I still go to her, and probably will for years to come!

Dr. Carmen is a wonderful but VERY busy woman which resulted in my wait time in her office as much as 2 hours several different times! Also was called to come in early only to wait 1 1/2 hours @ 9m preg! The staff had not only changed my appointment location without my knowledge on several occasions but also neglected to put me in the schedule on the reschedule appointment. The staff also neglected to call with lab results that should have had me on antibiotics (2 weeks too late). Again a wonderful caring doctor but staff needs work!
