Dr. Connolly is the single worst doctor I've ever had the misfortune to see. She is dismissive, condescending, and rude. My experience was not the exception, read the other reviews on major doctor review websites! I knew someone who worked in her office, and apparently her negativity& bad manners were a serious problem even among the other doctors. I was actually sitting with my grandfather waiting to see his doctor one day, and I told him about my horrible experience and my grandfather's doctor overheard the tale end on the conversation. She stopped me and said "Sounds like you're talking about Dr. Connolly." My hand to God, it really happened. And I never wasted my time or risked my health seeing Connolly again. Neither should you.

I was looking for a new Rheumatologist who had experience treating a rare form of RA that I was diagnosed with. At my appt Dr. Connelly walked into the room and immediately she admonished me for being late and cutting into her next appt timeslot even though Id been on time and was sitting in the waiting room the whole time. She questioned my me when I gave her my medical background asking me things like What makes you THINK you have RA? Heres the thing: When a new patient comes in and tells you that they are on methotrexate because they have RA an intelligent Dr. would ask When were you diagnosed? instead of assuming the patient is an idiot who has no clue what their own medical history is. Dr. Jeanine Connelly is cold and has no interpersonal skills. She's condescending & dismissive. I know people who've worked with her and apparently she treats everyone this way and her disrespectfulness to me wasnt out of character. Do yourself a favor & find a different doctor.

The first time I saw Dr. Connolly I wanted to run out her office. She was so rude. My dr. I was seeing at another office retired and had been without treatment for several months. I was in a lot of pain and decided to give her one more chance because I didn't know where else to turn. I still see her and she still never smiles but, I just smile at her and say good morning. I just over look her lack of personality. She seemed to have lightened up a bit.

I was nervous to begin with and was hoping to get some direct answers to my problem. I found her to be not so friendly and very dry. She would ask me a question and then would interrupt me when I tried to explain. I was in and out before I knew what happened. Not the doctor I was hoping for. I went through tests, one very "expensive" one, that I found out later I didn't really need. Now I have to pick up what the insurance company doesn't. That really upset me!

I have been to see Dr. Connolly several times, and I'll have to honestly say that I'm not too impressed. During my first visit, she kept interrupting me when I tried to explain my problems related to my RA. Then after I told her that I didn't want to be on certain meds, she chastized me and told me I was wrong. I decided to give her another chance, and she was a little bit better, however, her overall demeanor makes me feel uncomfortable, almost as though she doesn't really want to work with me to find the best course of treatment. Her office staff is very unfriendly and tries to rush you off of the phone. I've also noticed that when I have called, the messages I've left have been incorrectly relayed. The last time I was there, she yelled at me for something her nurse had said I said, when I did not. I don't know if I'm going to go back and I don't think I could recommend others to go and see her.
