Great staff, good service from reception to handling over to driver.

Dr. Sze doesn't care about your questions or concerns. She's a GI specialist yet she won't even check the abdomen for gas or sounds. She doesn't even ask about diet or lifestyle. She will spend 5 minutes with you and give you Nexium and send you home. She is not helpful at all. Will not be returning here ever again

I was told that Dr Sze is too busy to call patients back and that I would have to make an appointment to talk to her. But then I was able to get a next day appointment - shady.

I have been seeing Dr. Sze for 15 years. She is the only physician I have confidence and trust completely. She saved my life, and continue to treat me, where other physicians passed me around, because I had such a rare disease. She has always been professional, and was one of four doctors in the US that had the knowledge and skill to perform the procedure that has kept me alive for the past 15 years. I highly recommend her. She, like any doctor I have encountered is known to be late on occasion.

Waited for two hours for appointment and procedure. No respect for patients time. Not as knowledgable or helpful as other Gastros. I would look for a different doctor.

Tried for many years to solve my gut issues. Never touched me or felt for pain, never asked about blood in stool, never asked about diet, never asked about anything other than "how do you feel". Dr easily recommended test after test, but never a firm diagnosis, always changed every time I went. I have been recommended 3 different surgeries over 2 years, but they are just guessing and cant promise any recovery. Very cut happy. This Dr would rather you have life altering surgery than offer the option of Rx meds that are out there and help many in similar illness. The only drug I have ever been prescribed to me are antibiotics, yet I am suffering from massive inflammation, not infection. So frustrating to have a Dr that will not lay out all options and make recovery plan together with me making the final decisions, but I never even got the option to try any meds for my illness, just surgery. While she is very nice & friendly with good bedside manners, I got no help at all.

This medical group and specially Dr Gloria Sze has a very shady practice in billing clients along with her staff. Elizabeth,her assistant and the Dr. assure you that prior to my endoscopy procedure,out of pocket would be at maximum of 177. They bill you from three different angles.One from the doctor who is participating provider.They bill you a second bill from the same facility which is not a participating provider,then they send your work to an outside non participating lab. All in all, they tap into your deductables in three different out of pocket minimums.Thereafter,they hold you on the hook and blame your insurance since they do not bill under the same tax id number.You must not only be an expert at asking for coverage under you insurnace, but you must also anticipate where and what further procedures they will add,then be cognissant enough to anticipate and ask whether or not the further items will be under the same umbrella.when you call them on it, they hang up the phone. .

Very approachable and friendly. Clear communication and very patient with questions. Staff, the whole team, were very impressive. They made me feel comfortable and welcome. Very professional and also very attentive. I highly recommend.
