The negative reviews on here are accurate. Dr. Badalaty doesn't allow parents to be in the room after the first visit. BIG RED FLAG. Now I know why.... years later my daughter told me how she was treated behind closed doors..... Dr. Badalaty has a low threshold for tolerating all but the most compliant child. She proceeded to yell at my daughter to stop moving and put her hand on her leg to push it down. She should recognize this about herself and only treat adults, not children. Better yet she should retire, she has no business treating anyone. I read in another review that every time the writer sees her commercial she sees a fake person, I agree 100 percent. I guess she has to advertise because so many families leave... I know of quite a few. Shame on her. And shame on her staff.... they have to know what is going on, yet are complicit.

Taking a kid to a pediatric dentist gives you a high expectation in patience and kindness toward a child. Well don't expect it here. Doctor is as rude and mean as it can be to kids. I worked with her and she makes parents wait outside for a reason. Do not trust her. If you let your kid in before without you witnessing the procedures ask your kid how she treats them. You'll be surprise. Again. Do not let your kid go in Alone.

I have to say I am pleased with my childrens visits to Dr.Madeline most of the time however, not so pleased with her front desk staff. There's two girls there and when I asked the one woman to explain what the bill was for she immediately seemed very frustrated about it as if she didn't want to deal with me and told me that I should have a copy of it from my insurance company. If I had a copy I wouldn't have asked her about it in the first place and then she claimed that she couldn't find their copy of it in the office and basically washed her hands. Even though the other girl was busy she had to stop what she was doing, she searched for it and found it. After all of that it was then explained to me. I thank the young girl, she was as sweet as ever and if it wasn't for her I would probably still be stuck with a bill that I did not understand. The attitudes on some of her staff are just unbelievable. Theres a 50/50 chance I would recommend just depends on the day of the week I guess

NEVER WENT BACK. She refused to let me stay in the room. She basically. Kicked me out as my 2 year old screamed in fear. She said my child was pathetic. I was done after. That. I guess if your child sits there and does not say a word she's great. I was also told by a new dentist that if a doctor wont let you. In the room with your child they have something to hide,. Everytime i see her commercial i see such a fake person and wonder how she gets away with it. But then again its all behind closed doors so who knows what kids dont tell their parents.

Dr Badalady is a very knowledgeable & compassionate pediatric dentist who puts her patients first & foremost. She always explains all procedures & follow up in detail with the children & parents. I highly recommend her. I've been bringing my children to her for about 12 years. Even when we moved to ocean county I continue & will continue to take my children to her. Can't say enough good things about her.

I have been sending my children to Dr. Madeline for over 2 years now and I just do not understand these negative reviews. SHe is an amazing dentist, always takes time to explain things to me about what is going on with my children's teeth. My kids love her. Her office staff is also great! Fun and loving office. would recommend to everyone.

I was surprised to read that every complaint people listed in previous comments were things that I also experienced. Unfortunately I gave her the benefit of the doubt a few times. Now I wish I hadn't because fillings were apparently not done right more than once and one resulted in a root canal for one of my children and another one resulted in a permanent problem for another. Fillings fell out, suspiciously got a cavity right next to or under existing fillings, and her explanations seemed fishy.I also thought she could be abrasive at times. I would not recommend her to anyone.

I am shocked to see some of these negative reviews about Dr Badalaty's office. I have been bringing my boys to her since they were 3yo. They are now 15 and 19. I HAVE NEVER HAD A NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE IN HER OFFICE, WITH STAFF OR OTHERWISE!!Everyone there is very caring and professional. Dr Badalaty always goes out of her way to make the patients AND the parents comfortable! There is a lighthearted and compassionate feel to the doctor and staff. I always leave with questions answered, and have on occassion had to call to ask one. Dr Badalaty personally responed to my call. Fun, energetic and professional office... CHEERS TO YOU DR BADALATY AND STAFF!!!!

Awful experience for my young son. I made Dr. Badalaty aware that my son was afraid of dentists and when he got upset she called him pathetic. Unfortunately my son didn't tell me this until we went to a new dentist. She damaged the tooth next to the one she was supposed to be fixing with the drill and tried to say it was a cavity.

Dr. Badalaty has a beautiful office loaded with video games, stuffed animals and prizes. The staff is kind and efficient. My kids LOVED the experience. Yes you will be asked to wait in the waiting area while your child is being treated but if there are any issues she will bring you back into the treatment area and point them out to you. I would imagine that it would be very difficult for her to work if parents were allowed to stay. I have been to other pediatric dentists that have the same policy. I highly reccomend Dr. Badalaty
