She diagnosed a ring worm problem as dry skin even after we telling her it seemed to be like ring worm. She didnt return the call even after calling 4-5 times.

Did not explain her diagnosis. When i called up to enquire, she did not respond at all. I had already left 3 voice mails and she still has not got back to me
