This doctor ruined my eye with a mistake on the laser. Spent a year of him not admitting his mistake. Went to another Dr that did her best to fix his mistake.

I had a wonderful experience at the Galveston office. The staff were friendly and helpful and I loved Dr. Milstein. The optical department helped me pick out a cute frame that I love!

Professional and experienced LASIK surgeon. Had a great calming affect on me while performing my surgery. Excellent results. I referred several friends and family members to Dr. Milstein too. You may have to wait a little while to see him, but my eyes were worth it!

After keeping me waiting over an hour on my first (and only)visit, he came into the exam room without an introduction or an apology for the delay. He spent about three minutes examining my eyes, then insisted on writing a prescription for a med I'd already tried without success.
