I have a neurologist but I was looking for one closer to home so this is the one I got a referral for. All I can say is she pushed Botox to the point of no return. Got upset with me when I told her I didn't want Botox. She wouldn't look at my two MRIs of my brain and didn't want any information about my last neurologist. It was the artist appointment I have ever had in my life and I will never go back

She had a MRI scan on me to look at my brain (she lost the one I had a few years ago). She said it was normal, when my last neurologist said it wasn't (my last neurologist was a doctor for kids and I got older so, I had to find another neurologist). Then, I left Dr. Brant and my new neurologist said it wasn't normal. Also, Dr. Brant was about to have me do brain surgery when I haven't even tried all of the medications for epilepsy, yet. Brain surgery is last resort.

I came in with 2 bulging discs and spinal stenosis. I was having nerve pain in my arms/hands. She stated I had carpal tunnel and did a nerve conduction study. Her test proved she was wrong about carpel tunnel and she refused to look at other possibilities. Even acknowledged during the procedure I had significant nerve damage but not in the nerves that would point to carpal tunnel. Sent me to physical therapy and fitted for wrist braces. Even the pt stated I need to find a new doctor because what i was experiencing was not carpal tunnel but from my neck. She was very close minded and behaved like she could not be wrong. Horrible bed side manor and I felt very blow off by her. Eventually I went to another doctor and when he diagnosed me, I sent all records to her. She never ventured off of her original diagnosis of carpal tunnel.

Terrible bed side manner . I made an appt to be seen for migraines. Dr Brandt has developed a 100 question quiz which you are not allowed to speak during only answer yes or no. After that exhausting "procedure", she informed me that she didn't really have time to treat migraine patients , not her specialty. Her manner is so demeaning g I left there in tears.

Very judgmental and unsympathetic. Accused me of overexaggerating my symptoms. Told me to exercise like she did even late at night. One of my other doctors had to call her to explain that I had another episode and was not making things up.

My husband was in the neuro-icu on a bitterly cold, snowy, icy night when Dr. Brandt was called for a consultation. She was soft spoken, very informative, and even though her pager had gone off several times with other emergencies she took the time to ask me if I had questions. She saw my husband 3 times that weekend while oncall and each time I could tell she was extremely busy but she took the time answer my questions and tried to explain his condition so I understood. She was very thorough with testing and labs and left her recommendation for the critical care neurologist who took over my husbands case. I would definitely recommend her.

Dr. Brandt was cordial. She has a business like demeanor, I do agree on that bit find that helpful. The only real issue is she is a dealing with patients not at her level of intelligence, lower IQ. Im sorry Carla but I had a stroke affecting my ability to tolerate women who are better looking than me.

The doctor fired me as a patient. She said I cancelled appointments excessively.I never cancelled an appointment with her EVER. I called her office to tell them there must be a mistake. No one ever bothered to check to see that I was correct.Sent me a letter in the mail firing me. Then also sent the same letter by certified mail. I had to drive to the post office to pick up the same exact letter I got the day before. Very insulting. I waited for my appts to see her at least 90 minutes each time. She is cold and I was told to not speak unless she asked me a direct question. She is like the"Soup Natzi." Steer clear if you want to be treated as a person and not a number on a chart.
