Staff changed my appointment time without my knowledge/consent. Did not admit this issue when I raised my concern. Waited 30 min. in the doctors waiting room. Finally taken to exam room where a medical assistant took my history. Afterwards went to get EKG machine. Another 10 min wait. Afterwards was told doctor is on a telemed call. 20 minutes later still no doctor. Total time in her exam room 1 hour (this is in addition to the waiting room time). Left and told the doctor and staff this is not acceptable.

Defensive demeanor and argumentative approach to my concerns, at one point, impatiently raising her voice. I was left with the impression that Dr. Thomas resents patients who question treatment plans or who want to pursue alternatives to prescription medications. Not a good fit for me.

Dr. Thomas is the most thorough doctor that I have ever had. Very grateful for her.

Does not listen to her patients. Is intimidated if patient asks questions.
