He was not interested in helping me , played all my concerns down to anxiety which I know it is not.

Dr. Evans was on call for the local hospital. A family member went into the ER with excruciating pain from a kidney stone. After being admitted to a room (weekday around noon), nurses repeatedly attempted to page Dr. Evans, with no success, & we were told he was at the clinic where he is employed. The family member spent hours vomiting & in severe pain. The doctor never came that day to see the patient, & was to see her in the morning. Around 9:30am, a nurse said Dr. Evans would not be coming in to see the patient at all. The night before, he ordered a chest x-ray & antibiotic with no explanation or communication to the patient. The antibiotic has black box warnings from the FDA, so the patient refused, having knowledge of the serious issues with this antibiotic. The doctor did not offer any alternative antibiotic. The ratings for staff & knowledge were rated a 3, as there was no experience concerning these.
