Horrible bedside manner. He performed a colonoscopy on my husband while in the hospital and walked past me and my 14 year old daughter after the procedure and said he was full of colon cancer and didn't stop to talk, just hit the elevator door and left. As my daughter was crying, he didn't stop to explain or ask if I had any questions. I had no idea what to expect or what the next steps were. Just left there to figure it out on my own. My husband passed away a month later. He had just turned 50 with problems before but was told he would get a colonoscopy at 50 and was treated for colitis.

A relative went to him with many GI problems. Before her "colonoscopy" I informed the doctor that her cousin had severe ulcerative colitis. He did not perform the colonoscopy as was scheduled, he did a sigmoidoscopy. I spoke with him afterwards and found this out. I mentioned her cousin again and he said had he known that he would have done a full colonoscopy! And he said we can always do one next time! Um, no! And he WAS told! He never figured out her problem and just told her to deal with it. We took her elsewhere and she was diagnosed with pre-cancerous colon polyps at the age of 21. Something he would have seen had he done the full colonoscopy. Very disappointing.

He was nice, polite, informative and performed minor surgical procedures with no problems. I would see him again.

Dr Lee was not really helpful at all. I would die before going back to him.
