Staff is incompetent & wait time is too long, been signed in since 10:45 am and still sitting here waiting, while others that just arrived are being called in (it is now 2:12 pm) I got up to ask the receptionist and her answer was I don't know, we call appt's first... It is a fact that this is a walk in bases office and appt.'s are made only for physicals, now I know 16 people called in b4 me are not here for a physical...This is so upsetting..... "What a waste of time"

Dr. Novak is impatient and rude. He is also a self appointed know it all.

Dr. Novak is very kind, caring and always listens to my concerns and answers questions.

His staff never answers the phones, I was never able to get someone on the line and when I did, I was placed on hold for an hour only to be hung up on. His staff and him treat patients like a number. I recommended him to my grandma for urgent care only to be released and an hour later my wife had to call 911. His smug know it all attitude is more rude than conforting. On that note I don't recommend Dr Novak Urgent Care.

He gets upset at employees who are lazy and don't help. But Dr. Novak is very knowledgeable and concerned for the patient. He is a 'matter-of-fact' doctor who dose like to waste time.
