Dr. Kumar is very pleasant and recommends the right tests but did not follow up on my mothers PET scan and urging her to get a biopsy. By the time we had a second one it was too late. Stage IV lung cancer. It was actually her cardiologist who called Dr. Kumar and urged him to get my mom to have a biopsy. It should not have been her heart doctor telling Dr. Kumar. He should have follow-up himself. Be your own advocate.
