Dr. Shel is a very good doctor except my complaint is poor communication/response from the staff. I have to keep leaving messages to the nurses voicemail to find out if Dr. Shel reviewed my chart. Weeks passed and still have not heard from the nurses. And when I get to talk to them, Ashley says "I'm one on the list to call today". Most of us are paying out of pocket which is costing a lot as this doctor is worth paying for. I have no problem with Dana since she is prompt in returning phone calls or emails the very same day. Dr. Shel really needs re-evaluate her staff.
