This is an amazing medical spa, the entire atmosphere was very soothing and the staff were very friendly. My treatment was done on time and very professional, I would recommend this spa to anyone.

My provider was very caring.. Has excellent customer skills... She checked on me and reassured me during the procedure...she is very comforting and made sure everything is going on well while I am under the machine...Very professional!! She is very passionate about her job.

I did have to wait 15 mins but the treatment was great and the results are excellent. The girls at the front desk seem to have a hard time with the computers... This is the second time this particular lady has done my ipl and I just want you to know that she is very professional and good at what she does.

I went in for a little Botox and was asked if I wanted to hear about fillers. I felt pressured into having my neck bands done and said no to that. They also suggested I do my hands (I'm only 27! But the more you do the more $$$ they make) I ended up having Radiesse in my temples, nose, and chin. I left in severe pain and went straight to the Kelsey seybold clinic. The 4th day after I was in the ER - I had a horrible reaction. I am on 2 different medications now to get rid of the allergy and/or infection this caused me.

Her staff are slow in returning calls. Sometimes I have to call 2 to 3 days. She needs to hire more staff or she'll lose some patients.
