i had long extensions in my hair for many years, and after reading about traction alopecia i removed them, worrying about permanently scarring my scalp. my head was on fire, and the hairs are very fine. i felt lost and needed emergency advise. i had an allergy apt w/ Dr. Masood, and she called a fellow doctor, a dermatologist and arranged an emergency appointment. after seeing my hair/head this doctor thought i could grow my hair back. she prescribed a topical steroid to cut down on the inflammation and burning, and advised taking rogaine to regrow the hair. while she said it would maybe take 6 months or more, she has given me hope again and alleviated me from having to live in dread for 2 months, waiting to be seen by another dermatologist. if the key to repairing what was damaged is time, i am glad that Dr. Masood has given me that head start that waiting for another doctor would not have. now i can breathe again and work toward a goal that i have hope in attaining. thanks Dr Masood!

Dr. Masood is wonderful. She is insightful and very caring. I have been under her care for more than a year now and I have always felt that she listens and works to resolve my health concerns in a way that I can understand.

Dr Deeba Massod gave me since the first time a great treatment and total care. My own Gastroenterologist complimented the treatment she was doing, since he said not many doctors are that smart and carefull at thinking outside the box as he said Dr. Masood did with my treatment.
