I go to Dr. Wise for hypothyroid. She's the only one I could find who will prescribe Armour Thyroid, and who knows that the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists has CHANGED the norms for TSH tests - many doctors and labs in Rochester still use the old numbers! Eventually, mainstream doctors will catch on to this, but until then, if you think you might be hypothyroid, Dr. Wise is the most knowledgeable in that regard.

She really helped me with fibromyalgia, but I spent a fortune! I am on disability and can't afford anymore treatment. I really wish I could continue to see her, I had excellent results working with her.

If you have fibromyalgia you will get help. This is the first doctor who has been able to help me and it is like a miracle. I highly recommend Dr. Wise for people with Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia. I have found no help for 30 years and had given up until I found out about Dr. Wise who has reduced my pain and I now have energy. There is hope. Please don't give up. See Dr. Wise. I have been to many wonderful doctors who had fancy offices and great degrees but they didn't compare to Dr. Wise when it came to the problems I have.

Doesn't order necessary diagnosic tests(CT scans, MRIs etc.) She dismissed my gallstone as gastroenteritis and prescribed an herb which did nothing. I also bought many of her expensive Metagenics products which did nothing but take my money. Also, I always have to wait at least 1 hour in the waiting room in order to see her no matter what time my appt. was. Also is very expensive and not very knowlegeable.

She seems like a good doctor. So far hasn't helped me though. Charges an arm and a leg. I spend over $600 already, and no results. I will continue seeing her for a little longer. Hoping to get help.

Dr. Wise does tend to push the supplements but does listen. It is way too expensive to go to her since you do have to rush the appointment based on how much she charges by the minute and so the quality of care is lost in this way since it gets too expensive to get into every detail of your health. I go to her for now but not sure i will continue.

She takes no insurance, and pushes the homeopathic products WAY too much. I'm all for trying something alternative but not multiple times if there are no improvements. The office hours are difficult to schedule around. Because they take no insurance be prepared to pay $75 for 15 minutes of their time. Talk quickly!

Tends to push many homeopathic products at full retail cost. Has extremely poor considertations of health insuarnce issues and office is unreliable for following up on issues. Lost my appointments several times. Very frustrating.
