Has never heard of leading researcher in CFS, so gives advice contradicting experts. Insisted that exercise would give me more energy, pooh-poohed my experience (and experts' advice) that exercise depletes energy and puts patient in relapse. Medical records note things I didn't say or misconstrue what I said. After signing Disability application, told Disability insurer that I was NOT disabled. Changed my diagnosis without being able to explain difference between prior diagnosis and new one -- apparently so that he could say I lied to insurance about the diagnosis, and suggest that I was lying about everything else.
