I had a most pleasant experience first visit. I had an ingrown painful toenail I was concerned for shots and it was painless. Treatment was perfect. Dr Kidon was understanding , fun and knowledgeable

I had same day surgery for bunion. Very little pain, the toe is great, looks great. Follow up care was very good. No problem with insurance. He is very busy so it takes a while to get an appt.

I could not get in to see Dr. Kidon without waiting for over a month so I accepted an appointment with one of the other doctors in his office. Very long wait in the office (over an hour past my appointment time before I was seen), then the staff sent me to the wrong place for my MRI. Part of the problem may have been that I had HMO insurance, I have now switched to PPO and seem to get appointments much easier. They prescribed orthotics but at that time Blue Shield HMO would not pay for them. I would have happily paid for them out of my FSA account, but there was never any follow-up from the doctor. Subsequently. I had orthotics made from one of those places where you mail in a foam imprint of your foot and that seemed to help. but after about 2 years the pain is back and I am seeing a new Podiatrist who will hopefully be able to help me.
