Compassionate and upbeat. Asks questions, listens, answers questions, researches questions he does not know, friendly, takes time to read about a patient's personal backround (such as occupation, from the chart) before he walks into the exam room and actually asks how life is going...then proceeds to examine patients for visual signs of illness while they chit chat. He sits AT PATIENT level and does not assume a dominating stance. He's human
