First time dealing with chronic pain in lower back and upper leg (sciatica) and fist time going to a Pain Clinic. Was referred to Dr. Moore by my GP after 4 visits to him over a span of 60 days with the pain only getting worse (another bad doctor). Took TWO WEEKS and 4 calls into their "scheduling" department to merely receive a call back to begin the scheduling process. Was on the brink of finding someone else when Maria FINALLY called with an appointment. So went in for appointment...he finally saw me 60 minutes after my scheduled time (not too unusual unfortunately, I chalked it up to being a popular doctor). Visit was nice, listened, and scheduled injections right away....although it was disturbing that he said he felt no need to even review my MRI imaging. Injection day came...wife took 1/2 day without pay to bring me....I was on the gurney in my gown hooked up for vitals waiting with the anesthesiologists and nurses...and waiting....and waiting....he FINALLY shows up for the procedure 1 hour late!!! What kind of surgeon shows up late for surgery? No apology for tardiness...very few words and a "can't be bothered" attitude. Didn't introduce himself to my wife, nothing. Procedure done....my wife tells me afterwards he walks out of the waiting room and doesn't even stop to talk to her and says something about "it went fine" while he walks out the door! WTH?! So 8 days later....my pain is TWICE AS BAD!!!!......Again...the PAIN DOCTOR has made my pain TWICE AS BAD! So while my wife and I take a day off work to have a procedure that will cost us upwards of $1000 on top of lost pay for my wife....now my pain is worse....and wouldn't you know it.... Doc is on vacation and nobody else in his practice can see me. What do the nurses tell me when I call to tell them what's going on? "Would you like to leave a voice-mail for our scheduling department?" Pathetic excuse for a company in the business of helping people with pain. They cause more pain than they heal. Find someone else.....they CAN"T be any worse.

Dr.Moore is very thorough in his examination & evaluation of my condition & makes his recommendations for follow-up out-patient blocks as necessary. The staff coordinates the Doctor's orders in a very streamlined manor. Everyone works quite well together.

My chiro (who shares the office w/ Dr. Moore) had me get X-rays and an MRI. The MRI showed 3 bulging discs. My chiro rec that I get an epidural injection from Dr. M. In my consult, Dr. M was unprepared - had not looked at my X-rays or MRI, even though they are on the computer in the room, so he asked me what he was seeing me for. I said pls look at my MRI and you can tell me what needs to be done, that's why I paid your office for them. He said that he would review it before my epidural op (you have be put under). The day of the op at a hospital, the nurse asked me where the injection was going because it wasn't on my chart. I said, "I don't know, Dr.M should have looked at my MRI". So, I spoke with the dr right before op and he asked again which disc were bulging. I said I have no idea and asked, "haven't you looked at my MRI yet?" he said, "No, I'll look at it in the op room." Long story short, they didn't have my MRI and he went ahead and injected me... on the wrong side.

I saw this doctor 5 years ago for back pain. He recommended injections which I did. It only lasted 3 days. Why would I return after that? What I DID decide to do was lose weight, exercise, and do stretching which helped a lot. Today I am in very bad pain and I call his office. Guess what... HE REFUSES TO SEE ME CAUSE I HAVEN'T SEEN A DOCTOR IN 5 YEARS?! What the hell? He's saying that because I tried to do it on my own without pills, he is refusing to treat me now that I am having an issue. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM BY ANY MEANS... FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR TO TREAT YOU.. HE IS NOT WORTH IT AND HIS STAFF IS RUDE TO YOU. CALL YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY AND FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR PLEASE! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!
