So thankful we found Dr. Arnold. He was able to fix a knee problem that no one else had been able to fix.

Dr Arnold is very good at his trade, but he is not a caring sympathetic type of doctor.

A monkey can make peanut butter if you give him a hammer and enough time. Go to a surgeon, not a monkey.

Stay away from this practice. Once you lose your mobility over a small issue that is botched, there is nothing you can do. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

He did a knee replacement for me and I’ve continued to have problems for 3 years. Recently, I went to him with problems, he never looked me in the eye, just the X-ray commenting I had had a successful surgery. Thankfully, his assistant hurriedly told him I’ve had continual problems. He returned to X. Ray and proceeded to tell me I was allergic to metal, then said the prosthesis was coming out of the bone. All of this from the same X-ray and still had not spoken to me. His suggestion, after having a nuclear scan, was to re-do the entire replacement😡. Finally he rolled his stool over to me, making eye contact....”You’re not happy with me, are you?’ “ I was livid! From one look at an X Ray, I was great to the prosthetics was coming out of the bone and required another surgery to replace it and had yet to look at me or my knee! My 2 hour wait in the X-ray waiting, even though I did not get an X-ray gave me an opportunity to hear similar complaints from 8-10 others. One lady stacked her head in stating he was a miracle worker to which she received a loud, noooo he’s not! He is the epitome of a surgeon Only interested in his numbers and obviously wants little to do with the patient. I just thank God for the assistant in the room. I really like the other doctors, especially Dr, Yolanan (sp?). If you are looking for a physician who cares about the true welfare of his patient, find another physician who has not built a surgery mill. I am very sad, disappointed and still in pain, 3 years later!

Dr Arnold seems to have a firm grasp of his craft but his bedside manner is very low. Don't expect sympathy or a listening ear.

2 hour wait to see him, and then 5 minutes with him. He was obviously in a rush.
office is not ortho friendly, long walk to exam room from front, no wheelchair available.
communication problems with staff, lost paperwork, appt scheduling and cancelling problems.

I can't say enough nice things about Dr. Arnold. I have had 2 knees, 1 hip done and today I am going to call about an appointment to see about my other hip. He warned me 6 months ago that it was bone on bone and we should begin talking about it, but after last night (getting no sleep and walking is becoming painful on that side) I will be calling as soon as the office opens today. My son in law (a chiropractor in the same town) said he is the best and I believe it. I am an active person and plan to keep being that way, but my other hip has got to be done and I hope I can delay it till after Christmas, but I am not sure I can stand it that long. The only negative is the office wait, but I don't mind when I have such great confidence in what he does.

The worst experience I have had to endure. The man is arrogant and very simply running a meat mill. I over heard a discussion where he said "schedule as many as you can". Sadly I was an unscheduled surgery at the end of a long day for the good Doctor. I paid for it. I also paid him. I should have sued him and still might if things get worse. This is a bad doctor and an even worse human being. Just find another doctor.
