Just cares about quantity not quality, she missed begging of very serious illness for my kid, be careful or just go to another doctor

I am a single mom with 3 children who with pleasure go to see Dr. Philobos when needed. The office staff and the doctor provide outstanding service with heart-full care. Thank you!

She's my grandchildren doctor . She's the best pediatrician . My younger grandson had numerous health conditions she diagnosed and treated if it wasn't for her I don't what would have happen to him. I turned to her for my own 12 year of because I knew she would not only help him but find out why. She's always treated us like family. She's never too busy to listen if we have any worries or questions she's always there. I can honestly say she's been the only doctor I truly trust. Her staff is also outstanding . They always help us if we need anything.

The nurses are nice, they answer and ask 100% of the questions. The doctor then comes in, is loud, overwhelming and goes right for your child. Does not ever ask the parent if he/she has any questions. The rooms are small and with 2 parents, a baby and a nurse and doctor it becomes too much. She administers the vaccines, not the nurses. Also, needs to learn proper care for the intact infant boy. You dont touch it, dont pull it back, not even just a little bit. You only see the doctor for a whole 5 minutes. Not very attachment parenting friendly.

I have been going to her with both of my children. I love her and her staff, they are all wonderful people. Dr. Philobus has gone above and beyond what you would expect from a doctor. I wouldn't switch for anything!

Paid to retreive my medical records and got an attitude and how the Holidays were as well as the Dr will not pay overtime for her staff to make copies of the records. Also the Dr called me after I spoke to her staff to send me something in writing that it takes 30 days for the records to be copied and was rude and said that I was harrasing her??? I believe that I called one day to fax the request and two more tmes, since the second time they told me that they mailed them. How am I harrasing anyone for something that is mine by LAW.

Both staff and doctor are very unprofessional and incautious. Transferred from another city to this doctor. Transferred record 5 month prior to appointment. Scheduled an appointment for an exam and immunization one month in advance but they could not find the record of appointment first and then doctor would say she cannot understand transferred record from other doctor. Could not locate immunization record from those papers. Which I an unprofessional found in less than five minutes. Very rude.
