Great experience on first visit. Staff explains everything as they go.

I have been a patient of Dr Nicholson's for 16 years. She is the best dentist I have ever had. I have NEVER had a problem with any work she has done for me or anyone in my family. I read the comment above about high turnover and I just haven't seen that. It's what you would normally see at an office. Especially when the staff is young and either starting a family or realizing their path in life. At least she gives these people a job even though she knows their future might take them another path. In this economy that's a very good thing! Every time I go in, I have gotten a sense of an office that for the most part, ( I'm sure there's always an exception ) truly has fun and enjoys working together. I have 5 children and they LOVE going to see Dr Nicholson! She comes out and talks to them even if they are just there waiting for their brother or sister. They have all had positive experiences with her and are not scared to get work done. We all love her and her staff.

I first met Dr. Nicholson when I decided after 20 years of no dental care it was time. I made the appointment and was seen ASAP. She did my exam and told me about the leaking fillings. Figures after 20 years. She replaced them all and at a very reasonable price. And was able to give me good financing options. I don't have to tell you of how terrified I was since it had been 20 yrs. Since that first day. I am happy to go see her and the wonderful crew she has. Even better she will give you all of her contact info just in case you have an emergency. I had an abcess tooth on Christmas Eve. After calling in pain meds that did not work. She met me at the office and drilled it out so that I could have a good holiday. You do not find that with any dentist or doctor in this town. Not she where these other yahoo's are coming from. But I can tell they are dead wrong!! I will never go anywhere else as long as she is able to take care of me and my family. Which consist of a 10 yr old who loves her

Dr. Kathy Nicholson is terrific! She's the only dentist I've ever, ever been to that I actually look forward to seeing. Even more, my own kids love Dr. Kathy and even talk about her at home. Dr. Kathy has even followed up with phone calls after work to make sure we are doing ok. She is funny, witty, and excels in her work. Her staff are also wonderful-especially Megan. I drive over one hour each way and across 3 county lines to keep her as my dentist. Spartanburg has a jewel.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Nicholson for years and we LOVE her! She is kind and knowledgeable and funny and goes the extra mile for all of her patients. I have seen her giving dental care on a mission trip and comforting people that have never seen a dentist, she truly cares about her patients. She works very hard and expects her staff to work hard as well. The negative comments on here regarding her are the work of a former employee and should not be taken seriously. I have referred many friends to Dr. Nicholson and I have not heard one person that did not love her. This site needs to do a better job in screening who the comments are coming from.

I cannot believe that this dentist actually has ANY good ratings on here. My visit started out pretty good. The girl sitting at the front desk was nice and she told me that it would be just a few minutes before I could be seen. A few minutes turned into 45 minutes and then the fun started. The dentist was obviously upset about something and you could tell that her staff was on pins and needles. The dentist was very rude to me. I felt like I was inconveniencing the dentist in some way by coming in for a simple procedure. Trust me, I will no inconvenience her ever again. I would not refer her to anyone that I know or consider a friend. I might refer her to my worst enemies, but that may even be to harsh. Nobody deserves to be treated this way.

After two visits to Dr. Nicholson, I will not be going back. The second visit was worst than the first. I felt terrible for her staff due to the fact that they seemed terrified to make a mistake. She even kicked the dental assistant out of the room during my procedure. I think that the poor girl was crying out in the hallway. I have no idea what is wrong with the Dr, but I'm sure there are meds for her problems. Maybe a couple of trips to anger management would hurt too much either.

I loved that I felt that I was treated like a person. Dr. Nicholson was warm and very good at explaining everything to me. My children love to come here because they have fun with the staff here. I give Dr. Nicholson a A+ because I think she is wonderful.

I've seen Dr. Nicholson for several years. She has always been extremely approachable, knowledgable, and helpful. I've never had a bad incident with her. Seems to me that those who have given bad reviews either didn't want to pay for the quality work or were probably former staff (poor performers) trying to take a stab at her. She doesn't do work on anyone nor recommend a specialist that she wouldn't recommend for herself or her family. I've been extremely pleased with the services rendered at their office.

I just want to start out by saying I dont think she is a very happy person. I agree with the comment above she very short with her staff. there also seem to be a very big turn over there. There a new person sitting in that front office desk every time I use to go in. I have heard to many people say they are unhappy with her work they always have to go back for more work are to another dentist. The lady seems to need some loving maybe she want be so rude. I stop going there because she dose a half ass job so you will come back to spend more money.
