I can't thank Dr. Krims enough for seeing me, being a new patient, so promptly. I didn't receive the news I wanted to hear but feel I've a better chance to beat this as response time for treatment I'm sure makes all the difference in the world.

In general, I just don't care for this practice. I realize it may just be my experience, but I find the Dr.'s bedside manner a bit off. The office demeanor is undesirable. I listened to an office rep argue (in the open waiting area) with an elderly woman over her ability to obtain her records for about 15/20 minutes. The conversation was ridiculous and could have been avoided or handled in a more professional manner. They were an hour late taking me into my procedure, and there was no communication. I had to ask what was going on and then was treated like I had no right to ask. They also have made errors on my prescriptions. Just my experience. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Kind, knowledgeable, professional. I feel completely comfortable talking about problems I may have with him. He's made urgent appointments for me twice now. So far I think he's great. I've recommended him to co workers and friends with GI problems. Office is lovely and staff are very friendly.

Although the receptionist was not particularly pleasant or friendly, I found Dr. Krims to be professional, knowledgeable and appropriately concerned about my situation. He answered my questions thoroughly and treated me, and my opinions about my care with respect.

Arrogant about his diagnosis, which was completely wrong. I found him condescending and smug. His care was poor and only made me sicker. I changed doctors and got better.
