Was referred by my oncologist after breast cancer treatment. Her office did not inform me that she was out of network, so I had to pay $500 for the consultation. I had a blood test just before seeing her that was billed $2,612.62. I asked what it was for and the technician told me that is was for HIV testing and others, I thought it was a simple blood work, not such an expensive lab test! Out of pocket with insurance $781.34 and NO DIAGNOSIS. I cannot trust a doctor who wants to feed her greed.

Dr. Pinter-Brown has no compassion and a terrible bedside manner. I would honestly advise patients to look for another oncologist that empathisizes with what patients are going through. She states she'd like to optimize treatment for lymphoma patients, but I believe she places more emphasis on her role as a professor than her role as a physician. Dealing with her was one of the worse experiences of my life and I wouldn't wish it on my worse enemy.

Thank God for this doctor. She is super knowledgeable, caring amd calls right back if you have a question. .I've never felt rushed with her...she will answer the dumbest questions with patience. I highly recommend her, especially if you are dealing with any type of blood cancer. This woman saves lives.
