Outstanding care, personalized attention, and, looks at the overall picture, not just 1 item per visit kind of mentality. I would highly recommend Dr. Brown. One of, if not the last, independent family medicine practices in Cary, so he doesn't have to follow the hospital or large physician practice mandates.

Very thoughtful Dr. that takes time to listen and answer questions. Always on time. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Very refreshing to go to the doctor and leave feeling as though they were concerned for my well being and appreciated my business.

I went there for my annual check up. I couldn't get appointment with Dr. Brown, So a Female Dr. showed up (I don't remmeber the name). at the begining she asked me if I have any concern, and I told her I have some pain in my shoulder and I'm concern about my weight. she told me there is nothing I can say about your weight concern, keep your healthy diet and daily exercise!!!!!! and she did very a few test on my shoulder and said I don't see any problem. she didn't complete my annual check up and just went over my blood test results. at the end when I was checking out they charged me 80$ for weight consultation :) and shoulder check up. my Annual check up is covered 100% with my insurance and they told me you signed an paper on your first visit that you will be charged for anything out of your annual check up routin. and they charged me 80$ for "keep your healthy diet and daily exercise" and didn't complete the physical check up. isn't it funny?!

The most attentive,proactive,and intelligent MD i have found in N.C. Managing 3 chronic illnesses for me at one time better than the three specialists i previously saw separately!! AND when your sick they make every effort to get you in immediately. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have all my co workers going there.

Dr. Brown did labs no other doctor thought of running and he found my problem and sent me on to a spsecialist to take care of the problem. He has a great knowledge of the best physicians to refer you to. He takes care of my entire extended family and we all think he is the very best doctor we could have and are very grteful to him for his compassion, expertise, and wisdom. His office staff is great and friendly. This is the most efficiently run ofice I have ever been to. Your wait time is almost non existent. Yet they will fit you in when you need help. He is great!

I have seen Dr. Brown for over 10 years. I have found him to be thorough, attentive, and, willing to manage several chronic health issues over the years. I actually feel like he is focused on me (most of the time); not too rushed; and, provides a continuum of care - not just a what's your one issue this time experience. The woman who does the blood drawing is great. I will say the office staff seem a bit "stiff" and not that terribly friendly, but they are professional. I am very satisfied with Dr Brown and feel lucky to have him as my doctor.

Very easy to talk to. Works to eliminated unnecessary medications. Office/lab staff very friendly and efficient. Very clean office.
