She is a real person, not a personified perfectionist like my last DR. She explains things in real terms and talks to you as a friend. We love her.

Dr. Cown sees our whole family. She is the most knowledgeable and compassionate physician we have ever known. She is not afraid to say she doesn't know and get a specialist involved. She genuinely cares about her patients.

She has always been very caring and truly listens. She is not a specialist so people shouldn't expect that she would have expertise in everything, which sounds like the reason she passed a pt on. She is thorough in her exams, and to take care of little presenting ailments she has two Nurse Practitioners who also listen very carefully and write everything down so they know the pt's history. She's an excellent Internist and I always recommend her to anyone asking.

Dr Cown has one of the best bedside manners I have ever encountered. She is one of the best physicians I have ever used. Very helpful in all respects and very knowledgeable

Office staff very rude. Had registered as new patient and became sick with flu before appt.They were willing to see me til they found out I was new patient then they took back appt. and refused to see me. Said they were booked up after I had been given an appt. for that day???Maybe Dr. Cown needs to know this.

Dismissed me from her practice at a time when I was facing some serious health issues, gave me less than a week to find a new healthcare provider, stating that I was too complicated and too demanding for her expertise.. I wouldn't wish her care on my worst enemy.
