I'd had a prior surgery on my shoulder when it was seriously re-injured in a car accident 7 months post surgery. Dr. Pullen did an amazing job! My shoulder is better than it has ever been since before the original accident.

I didn't feel welcomed when I walked in front office girl greeted me after she was done with her personal phone call on her cell phone after about 15 mins. Doctor was running late, seemed to be in a hurry once he did arrive. The nurse that called me back was very apologetic for the doctor running late. I had questions about me being selfpay and what my options were after seeing the doctor her explanation was very helpful more then the girl up front. The doctor was in the room with me a total of 10 mins after I waited almost an hour and had to pay a lot more then I thought and didn't even spend time with the doctor.

Dr. Pullen was very punctual, helpful, and caring. His staff was very professional and caring.
