Cadaver Bone Graft, Bridge and Implants done 6 years ago by Dr. Balshi for over $20,000.00. Bridge fell out a few weeks later during Easter dinner! Corrected at no charge.
However, 6 years later, my implant has a chip in it; front tooth visible to others. They offered to charge me for a treatment plan to repair/replace the problem. After spending $20,000.00 6 years ago, I will not pay even $1.00 more! This repair/ replacement should be corrected for free! But they guarantee their work for only ONE YEAR! I'm very disappointed and angry.
The staff are lovely to work with, but stubborn when there is a problem to deal with!

After spending an appointment touting the precise guided procedure they do for the Teeth in a Day and that my mouth would be replicated to a 1/4 of a mm and that the entire treatment plan would be done in three months. It is now month 22, he refused to correct his mess, did the procedure unguided, has terminated his treatment with me .....and I am left with a lifetime of health issues, cant eat, can't speak properly, facial disfigurement, atrophy of the lower third of my face...I guess my impeccable face will need a facelift and botox...not included in the cost of restoration. Check out the Montgomery County courts (civil actions) before undergoing his butchery.

I had nothing but professional, compassionate treatment! The staff are wonderful! Kind people who walk you through the entire procedure. From day one I have felt like I was in the very best hands. It has been 4 years since my treatment and I am so happy with the restoration. I can smile with confidence and when I visit this office I feel like part of the family! Thank you Dr. Balshi for all you did for me!

As a dental professional I had many choices of whom to go to for my own dental therapy. Dr. Balshi and I have done many cases together with much success. I trusted him with my own dental care and have nothing but the best experience and result!

I went into surgery thinking I was getting a tooth removed, a bone graft and an implant for a set amount of money. Director of Patient Relations Patricia Martin, had me sign a visa slip and never communicated that the treatment plan had changed. After they began the procedure to numb my mouth and take blood from my arm, they transferred me to another operating room and told me they could not give me an implant because of the infection. I thought I would be getting a refund since I wasn't getting the implant outlined in the preliminary treatment plan, instead the amount she charged me was exactly the amount on the second treatment plan that she did not give me until after the surgery was over. (The cost involved an additional $5,000. When I asked her why she didn't tell me the costs prior to the procedure, she said she didn't want to upset me. I had no knowledge of the expense of the procedure and was very upset at the final cost and the way I was treated. No longer a patient.

Spent a fair amount of $ for implants (total, upper & lower) and one complete portion has broken into 30pieces leaving only 2 teeth remaining intact. This inhumane scumbag explained it is normal wear & tear and proposed correct everything for only an ADDITIONAL $10,000 The inplants started failing or breaking less than 2 years after the procedure was completed. Also called asked asked for the Dr. to return numerous phone calls and all requests went unanswered...even when one message was left asking for Dr. to call because large amounts of blood discharging from area of his surgery. Balshi told us new teeth would last forever...one would expect such after spending over $60k. At last visit, his office assistant explained, "well maybe you should have gotten something more permanent." PLEASE find a reputable Dr. not one who is more concerned about getting his picture taken with Mario Andretti and his formula race car.....pictures with racer are displayed throughout office.
