Had a similar experience to the comment below. Was denied as a new patient without out even the common courtesy of a personal phone call as to why. Very unprofessional. Disappointed to say the least especially because he came so highly recommend from other family members as well as one of his nurses. Would not recommend.

I recently moved here from out of state and had to visit the Urgent Care that is located in the same building as Dr. Hagen. I mentioned I was looking for a good doctor and the staff gave me 3 cards for the three doctors that practiced in the building. I decided on Dr. Hagen and I was asked to fill out an application. I have never had to do that in my life. I did so, sent it in, and a week later finally received a call saying he declined to see me as a patient. They would not tell me why. I am healthy, have no pre-existing conditions but do take a few meds that more than likely made him think and come to a conclusion that conditions existed that were not of the nature he presumed. Personally, I would not choose a doctor that refused to see a patient unless they were 100% healthy. He should go into another profession. This is unheard of and totally against what doctors stand for.

After a couple of bad experiences with other doctors we found Dr Hagen. What a great experience! He listened to us and diagnosed my daughters condition when 3 other doctors were not able to. We will definately recommend him to friends and family!

Dr. Bob...out of all the doctors I've had over my lifetime this is the best Doctor I have ever had. Great man!! Takes time to listen which is very important. His bedside manner is one that relaxes you, very polite yet makes you feel like your a part of his family. You may come in feeling sick but you leave smiling and happy, feeling much better.
