Dr. Mitzner is an excellent doctor who I trust implicitly. As others have said he takes his time to understand your problems and then suggests a course of action. I always feel very comfortable in talking with him about my medical issues. However I must also agree that his staff is not the best. Julie is nice and helpful but do not leave a message for the rest of the staff you will not get a call back. Plan on a wait time of at least an hour. But if you want one of the best doctors in Temecula I highly recommend Dr. Mitzner

Wow. This is the worst doctor I have ever been to in my life. You can never get an appointment here. They are waaay overbooked. You can wait on hold for one hour trying to get results. They never return calls. Recently I was sent a certified letter saying that "THEY ARE DROPPING ME AS A PATIENT, AND THAT THEY CAN NO LONGER PROVIDE CARE TO ME!" I am a paying customer and this is totally against all ethics to drop a patient for no reason. I am rushing to try and find a new doctor before my prescription runs out. This is the worst doctor I have ever been to, save yourself some trouble and go somewhere else.

Dr. Mitzner is an excellent doctor who takes the time necessary to deal with each patient and their problems. He is never rushed and takes the time to make certain that you understand the facts. I would recommend him to all.

Dr.Mitzner is a very caring doctor. He has taken care of my family for about 18 years. He always takes the time to answer all your questions,you are never rushed. Julie at the front desk always does her best to fit you in if she can.In today's crazy world you will find Dr.Mitzner a rare exception and an excellent doctor.

Love the Dr. and the staff is very friendly but overworked I think. Getting prescriptions refilled is a problem. The doctor is a good one though. Honest, thorough and doesn't rush you out of the office. I highly recommend him.

I spent hours researching doctors. He's just what I was looking for--very knowledgeable, helpful and treats patients as humans, not a bundle of symptoms. He is excellent. I am not happy with the time I wait to see him, but I deal with it because he's so good.

Great Doctor who seems to care about his patients. Never seems to hurry you out until he has answered all of your questions. Very professional yet still retains his thoughtful sense of humor which helps in many circumstances. Have to wait sometimes to see him, yet it's ok. My husband and I both highly recommend him.
