The staff is terrible no return calls. I had ct scan done 8/12 and 9/9 colonoscopy. The ct scan showed diverticulitis. I had to go er 9/14 with terrible pain and bleeding. The dr office would not call me back.i was given 2 prescriptions for anibotic and a pain medication. I was to do follow up in 2 days with, but was told it would be a month before I could get in. I have gone to her for several years never had a problem. The staff doesn’t do their job.

Had colonoscopy 8/13/20 had 2:00 pm appointment was seen @ 4:30, she went over the findings and told me that within 10 days I would get the results of the biopsy, well that never happened as I called her office over 10 times with no return call. Today I received a call from a surgeon that wanted to schedule an appointment for surgery but I already had an appointment scheduled by an other surgeon that they scheduled three weeks ago. I finally got through to their office and Lisa her secretary insisted she’s called me many times and I tried to explain to her that I never received her calls but she’s stubborn to a fault that she’s rite and we are all wrong, I will find a new dr since I looked at other’s that have had the same problems as I read the reviews...

Have chronic diarrhea for months now; Dr. Fazzary didn't do anything for me other than a blood test, fecal sample, colonoscopy, then diagnosed dicyclomine in different dosages until i reacted to the medicine and had to quit taking it. I told her I wanted to know why I was vomiting with diarrhea daily and she offered one last powder medicine. She actually said there were no other tests to do for diarrhea.

I’ve had Dr. Fazzary for 25 years now and couldn’t ask for a better GI doc. She’s so caring and takes her time with all of her patients. I highly recommend Dr. Fazzary.

I thought I didn’t have ins turns out I do, wo ins too bad just trial n error. True to call for prescription refill, lol, you have to leave a message where they tell you could take a day and a half to return call. Now that I know I have ins I will definitely find a different doc. Definitely all about the money. Oh and I paid the $250 office fee to talk to her for 10 mins and get a script definitely all about the money.

She wants money. She will order a colonoscopy/endoscopy straight away without doing any blood work or stool samples. She owns the surgery center where the procedure was done. She is ALWAYS late. I made appointments for the first in the morning and each time she was over an hour late. Don't waste your time. The staff was very friendly and kind.

So although very nice, the Doctor was over an hour late and typically is. I had issues from the procedure and ended up calling the office later that week. Got an unhelpful answer and zero follow up afterwards. Way to care about your patients😡 I wouldn't recommend this provider.

Dr. Fazzary is very nice and listens. She is so busy but takes the time to make sure you understand everything

Called and begged to see the doctor... I was in a lot of pain. I got a return call a day and1/2 later Told me to wait until the follow up appointment that I had a week later. Needless to say I was taken by ambulance ... To the hospital.. Found out by another doctor that what was prescribed by this doctor is what caused the problems I was having. Been in the hospital almost a week now?.. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

The wait is alittle too long, and I hope they've added a hand sanitizer to the sign-in area. The girl behind the window seem stressed and I got a snotty woman that did vitals; but, Dr. Fazzary is such a nice doctor. Knows her field, and then some as she tested me for what my primary Dr. should have picked up on. Dr. Fazzary gave me information and the oppt'y to make choices. I liked her and would recommend her to people; but, the staff could be better to the patients.
