When I see Dr. Moore; it seems like he does not listen to me. He rarely looks away from the laptop. He is most definitely condescending. Om my last visit he raised his hand up to silence me. I was answering a question he asked and he did not want to listen to my reply.. I felt like a child being chastised. But if you don't mind ,waiting over and hour just to get in the examination room; then maybe he is the doctor for you.

Dr. Moore had a PA who use to work with him name Helen , She was a piece of work. This Dr. Moore sent me a letter in the mail saying I need to find a new Dr. because they were given me meds for blood pressure, and that I was making myself have an reaction because I didn't want to take the meds. It wouldn't be their responsibility if I had a stroke.I have a wonderful, smart Dr. who know med and how to treat all issues. I wouldn't tell anyone to see Dr. Moore, NOT a good Dr.

Please do not go to him! He was much more interested in telling me about his paintings and playing with his computer. My complaints were not valued at every visit. He appeared to listen, but only on one occasion did he do something about my complaint. The rest he dismissed, right in my face and on my FIRST visit I heard the staff in the back laughing about my complaint, like I was an idiot. Dr. Moore kept telling me to come back in 2 weeks then when i get there he asks "Why are you here?" And: Because you told me to come back! Forgetful, I had to remind him about the same things on every visit. After the 5th "come back in 2 weeks, I just found another provider. Turns out I had a brain tumor and for one whole year my symptoms kept on being dismissed by him. If you like your life and your health, please stay away from him!!!

Steve Moore has been my physician for the last 23 years. We are approximately the same age. He ran late just about every time and I saw him and I solved that problem by simply getting up early enough to be one of his first patients. My experience has been very positive. He spends time with me and covers all my questions, and has taken all my concerns very seriously. This may explain the appointment issue. Perhaps he schedules too many patients, but really folks, I'm willing to wait if I get someone who cares and is competent. As for the other reviewers who said he ws just the opposite, I've never seen it.

I have a hard time putting into words how bad this Doctor is. His attitude is very condescending and is generally not interested in helping you with the health problems that have brought you to his office. Concerns that I brought up to him were sneered at like I was not an intelligent person. I will not go back to him or recommend him to anyone.

Reluctantly, I have continued to see Dr. Moore for several years now even though I have never felt any level of comfort or compassion. Fortunately, I have been in good health and have not needed him for more than the routine. He is abrupt, and uninterested in my answers or concerns. Rarely does he give one the time to respond and seem overly concerned with one's sugar consumption and that's about it. My physical kept me at his office today for nearly two hours, while I only spoke with him for less than 10 minutes. I tried finding a new Dr. before my hurried visit today, but was unable. The good news is that this was the last visit with him. A visit to the Dr. should be one that is reassuring, not anxiety over just sitting in the same room with them.

Unfortunately, I have to give this Doctor a very poor rating. He is neither caring or compassionate. Dr Moore refused to listen to any of my concerns about medication he prescibed and became angrey and defensive when I questioned his treatment plan. He is very arrogant and it was obvious that he was not concerned with my health and well being. Unfortunately I find it very difficult to trust doctors now because of him.

I have to step in here! I was a patient of a different physician at this practice & accidentally ended up seeing Dr.Moore one day because the other Dr was out.I had a strange growth on my scalp which another Dr said was "harmless" Dr. Moore disagreed and said possible cancer, which indeed it turned out to be! A month later I was in to see him again--I'd been losing my voice off & on for 2 years with other Dr's just saying it was acid reflux or similar. Dr Moore immediately ordered me to a Throat specialist who found a tumor in my Larynx. At this point it's stage T1 early so I'll probably be ok. This guy has TWICE caught things in me others just brushed away. For me, he's the best a person can have, great personality, caring, compassionate too! Just may have saved my life as other doctors weren't willing to listen or take me seriously.

I WENT TO THIS DR. BECAUSE MY DOCTOR WAS AWAY. I WAS HAVING SEVERE TROUBLE BREATHING I JUST COULDN'T GET ANY AIR IN. WITHOUT EVEN CHECKING OR LISTENING TO MY PROBLEMS HE TOLD ME I HAD BROCHITIS. WENT HOME WITH AN ANTIBIOTIC. CONTINUED TO HAVE SEVERE BREATHING DIFFICULTIES TO THE POINT I WAS INCAPACITATED. WENT TO A RESPIRATORY DR. AND FOUND OUT I HAD ASTHMA AND REACTIVE AIRWAYS. NOTHING ABOUT BRONCHITIS. THIS DR. IS INSENSITIVE AND VERY UNCARING. WOULD NOT RECOMEND.

My weight seemed to be his only concern, however, he should take a look into a mirror! I am only 45 lbs. over my ideal weight. I couldn't get him to listen to me, nor did he seem to relaize I do know how I feel and what I am experiencing with my own body. Fortunately for me, I chose to see a partner in his practice, Dr. Drabick. What a difference! He listened, made me feel important and quickly found out what was wrong with me. Because of Dr. Drabick, I am well on my way to good health again. Thank GOD! I chose to seek a second opinion. I'll never go back to Moore, but Drabick is perfect for me. I have switched my husband and son to him also. They are also very pleased as Drabick listens to them and diagnosed my hubby's glaucoma and sent him to a specialist for it right away so he could get laser surgery to release the pressure which was terribly high.
