I called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Adams on November 28, 2017. I was told by staff that she is retired.

In 1997, dr Adams helped me as a 15 yr old with Graves' disease. She used a relatively new treatment at the time to shut down only the left side of my thyroid (the left side was goitered and active, right was inactive) with RAI treatment. My goiter shrunk and symptoms ceased, the right side of thyroid carried me through to the year 2012 with NO supplemental thyroid hormone needed. I am so thankful to Dr Adams and staff for helping me, the common treatment was to remove or shut down the whole thyroid and that would have been devastating to me at the time as a teen who wasn't aware enough to be responsible with daily medications and self assessment of symptoms. I did have my thyroid removed in 2012 by another endocrinologist due to thyroid cancer. I was not aware Sallie was still in practice.

Dr. Adams is what a doctor should be. Very knowledge, kind and warm. Makes you feel blessed to have her as your doctor. Takes time with you and personally calls you regarding test result. I can not say enough good about her except that I wish all the doctors were like her. She really cares. I pray that God will bless her so she can be around for a long time and she may help many more people.

Dr. Adams ROCKS. She is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and helpful. She is consistently on time, and her staff is professional. Phone calls are promptly returned and she gets prescriptions out swiftly. Also, she is VERY computer savy...my records are easily accessible by me at anytime.

Excellent doctor. She listens and takes time to answer any questions and explain (in as much detail as you want) lab results and treatment options. She picked up on things other doctors didn't follow up on and I have had a great improvement in my health.

Great doctor. Spends as much time as you need and is always on top of your treatment. She is caring and compassionate. When you have test results she explains in detail what they mean and what she intends to do about it. I recommend her highly.
