Dr. David Sahar is very rude, answers his pages when he feels like it and doesn't return phone calls. He doesn't communicate with the patients primary care physicians or return their phone calls on patient's status. He is a sub-par cardiologist. The only thing that gets him by is that he is affiliated with Columbia Pres. Hospital. He must be bringing in lots of money for them to keep someone of such low caliber on their staff.

I had the misfortune of being referred to him since my husband's doctor was on vacation and spoke with him on the telephone. He was nasty, rude and insulting. Practically hung up on me. I took my husband to the emergency room. I did tell our doctor of the incident and my dissatisfaction with his referral. I would never recommend him to anyone.
