This Dr is unbelievable, and I don't mean that in a good way. My father in law is very sick and in alot of pain with cancer, and was prescribed heavy narcotic pain patches by Rogoff. They helped ALOT with his pain. When he ran out, of course much of the pain returned. We called Rogoff's office, he has to be the one to give more patches, only 1 Dr at a time can do it because they are such a heavy narcotic. A nurse answered and said he was busy with a patient, to call back in a few minutes. We called back a few mins later and he had gone home. And let me make it clear that Rogoff knew how many patches he subscribed, and they were used correctly, so he should have known when my father in law would be out. We called again the next day, and the next day, and the next day. EVERY day one of his nurses would answer and say to call back or that she would have Rogoff call us back.It never happened. We were basically ignored.

He is brilliant and extremely intense. His intensity was at time upsetting. I was told that he moved to San Antonio.
