I am very impressed with Dr. Lucy Dey. She is extremely knowledgable and I feel cares deeply about her patients. She is easy to understand and explains thing thoroughly. My husband and I have been her patient for many years.
She has always been very professional and extremely kind. We love her and would not think of seeing another doctor, Also she has done a great job of helping my husband manage his diabetes.

Our family has been seeing her for years. We can't understand why previous person would comment such bad things about her. Probablly somebody who needs psychiatric physician- not an endocrinologist.

If you are considering an endocrinologist, please do NOT ever use Lucy Dey. She is incredibly rude, rushed and unprofessional!! All she did was interrupt me, avoid my questions, raise her voice to me and tried to begin the procedure before my questions and concerns were adressed and before I was ready. I left the office without getting the procedure done and she didnt even care or try to fix the problem. As I was telling all this to the girls at the front desk, all they could say was, "yah sorry, she treats everyone like that, even us" . Please don't waste your time or money with this so called doctor.

I love the technology used at this office. Classy. Dr Dey has made a great difference in my life. I am not where I need to be but she motivates me to help me continue to try to be the best I can be with my health. Her staff is efficient and effective.

Yesterday was my 3rd visit to Dr Dey. My wait time was 45 minutes. That was the shortest wait time I have ever had. She isn't worth the wait. I see her for my hypo-thyroid condition. She told me I wasn't losing enough weight, she disliked the Weight Watchers program I was on, and I should work out more and eat 1,100 calories a day. She never asked what I do to work out. I work out daily for at least an hour. At one point when I was asking her a question, she said "let me finish." I have excellent insurance, and don't need to deal with her poor quality of healthcare. Oh, and after I told them twice I changed pharmacies, they sent my RX to the wrong place. If they can't listen to wear to send my RX, what else aren't they listening to?

I do like Dr Dey... but what I don't like is I feel as if I am rushed and she is rushed. I was hoping she was the type of doctor I was looking for that would take time to listen and look into my eyes and not on the computer screen while I'm talking.
