Never on time had to wait for an hour or more before seeing her. Does not return phone calls or follow up with issues. Office hours are unsuitable for anyone with a job. Does not explain things well, rushes thru appt. since always behind.

I was very unsatisfied with Dr. Dey. She was very quick to recommend a procedure that would've affected me for the rest of my life. I thank God, that I was able to get a second opinion from a much more knowledgeable, admired specialist. During my second visit, whenever I asked Dr. Dey a question about my illness, she asked "didn't you read the paper I gave you the last time?" I could not believe she would say that. That lead me to believe that she was not very knowledgeable at all. I will never go back to Dr. Dey again.

She's one of the best, in my opinion.Soft-spoken and knows the procedures backwards and forwards. A genuine doctor with a friendly face.
