I seen all these positive reviews so I made an appointment with Dr. Rettig. It was a Waste of Time, and Money. She referred me back to Dr. Hunninghake, who my primary also told me contact and see. Even Dr. Hunninghake asked me to call her and let her assistant know how I was doing on the July visit with her. That became a problem when I called today and spoke with Autumn , who was a fill in for Dr. Hunninghakes assistant, who Dr. Hunninghake herself, told me to call! However, according to the employee Autumn, who I spoke with today, Dr. Hunninghake has absolutely No appointments available at all! I pressed the matter intensely and was then told, the first appointment would be March 11th, 3 months out, which is insane. Autumn read my file and sarcastically told me to look at their website to see who else I would agree to see, since I am not following their plan. I have several on going issues and she picked the Esophagus. That plan consisted of a medication that is on my allergy list and in the media for causing cancer (Zantac). She must be crazy if she thinks I should keep taking it, and actually she was off base by making that comment. After thinking about her attitude, I eventually called back and spoke to another employee who was very courteous, and I decided I should see Dr. Ketover who is CEO of MNGI. I think he should be aware of this issue, and it remains to be seen if he will even care. He may even be able to help me? MNGI has to take a good look at their mission statement.

I rate this Dr. as par excellence!!! I too had to move out of state and was sad to leave this fabulous dr...It is very difficult in finding a dr that will listen to you! I recommend this dr for all having bowel problems.. I am speaking from over 20 years of experience finding the right dr...

I love Dr. Rettig! She is very compassionate, outgoing, and humorous. I'm very sad to leave her as a patient bc I moved out of state. I definitetly recommend this Dr for any gastro troubles one may have.

I went in for my first colonoscopy and I was terrified. She was nice and reassuring. Her staff was professional and caring. I had follow up questions the next day and her staff got the answer and called me back with a detailed response. I did not like the colonoscopy experience but I did like Dr. Rettig.
