I have been seeing Dr. George for 3 or 4 yrs. I'm out of the waiting room within 10 to 15 min. I have never waited more than 5 min. In the exam room. Dr. George always listens to me & responds to my Questions. I always have a list of things to talk to him about & he takes the time to answer them all. I trust his judgment in ordering my blood work, X-rays, & whatever he thinks I need. I am pretty knowledgeable about illnesses, I'm 85 yrs. old & have read a lot of medical history. I look up symptoms I might have & put them on the list. He knows that I will answer his questions truthfully. I trust him to do what is best for me, His staff are all very nice & respectful & I have never had any problem with the billing department. However; I'm nice to them so they respond in kind....

The staff alone is terrible. They do not communicate and have for 11 months messed up my billing and appointments. Dr George is a bit young and diagnosed my son wrong twice. My sons immune system has been through the ringer and I'd like to thank Dr George for that.

MY DR RETIRED AND I WAS IN SEARCH FOR A GOOD INTERNAL/FAMILY DOC. AFTER DOING SOME RESEARCH WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY I DECIDED TO SEE DR.GEORGE. TO BEGIN MY INS WAS NEVER VERIFIED, ON MY CARD I HAVE TWO COPAYS FOR OFFICE VISIT, INSTEAD OF VERIFYING THEY CHOSE TO CHARGE ME THE HIGHER OF THE TWO. I PULLED MY EOB (EXPLANATION OF BENEFITS) AND SAW THEY HAD CHARGED ME THE WRONG COPAY. I CALLED THE OFFICE AND SPOKE WITH THE LADY IN BILLING AND SHE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN LESS HELPFUL, SHE TOLD ME THAT I WOULD GET MY MONEY BACK WHEN THEY GOT PAID BY THE INSURANCE. REGARDLESS I HAD ALREADY DECIDED THAT DR.GEORGE WAS NOT THE DR FOR ME, HIS NURSE KIM WAS VERY SWEET BUT HE SEEMED BORED AND PUTOUT BY HAVEING TO BE IN THE ROOM. HE ALSO WAS NOT WANTING TO REFIL MY MEDS THAT MY PREVIOUS DR HAD ME ON FOR YEARS. OVERALL NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE

The staff is incompetent. With jobs being as scarce as they are, I would hope there would be better help. It is to the point where I take my business elsewhere.

Dr. George is not exactly what I would call an advocate for his patients when it comes to PRO - ACTIVE trmt for his patients, i.e., nutritional supplements & any educating of his patients! I hate to rate him negatively - because he does address what you're being seen for...but that's about it. Better to do some research on your particular ailment BEFORE you go in!

The wait time to see him is ridiculous. I'm almost immediately put into a room, but then I sit there for 30-40 mins AFTER my appt time. He seems like a nice enough person, but he's kind of twitchy and I'm not sure about his general medical knowledge. Questions I've asked him garnered and "I don't know" or "I'm not sure" without volunteering to do some research and get back to me.

I went to Dr George for hormone treatment and he is taking great care of me. At first I thought I would need a specialist, but he listened to my concerns and quickly addressed each issue. Personally, I don't need a doctor to come in and crack jokes. I go to the doctor for help and I receive it from Dr George. If you want a doctor who will listen and help you then this is the doctor for you.

On the entire staff there is only one friendly person (an African American nurse.) The rest of the staff, including Dr. George, appear bored or annoyed, NEVER friendly. It is depressing enough visiting them for a 'well check' visit, but it is torture when you aren't felling well. At least, the doctor appears competent. If you can overlook his flat disposition & rude staff, you will receive adequate care.
