Dr. Knott is mine and my daughters ENT. She performed my daughters tonsillectomy recently. She was thorough, compassionate, and professional. My daughters recovery was not bad at all and Dr Knott really prepared us. I would highly recommend her. The office staff is also courteous and prompt!

She treated me like a number, not a person. I am in chronic pain and she didnt even look at ct scan, didnt look at my history, didnt take blood pressure, no testing, I CANT DRIVE CAUSE MY EARS ARE SO BAD and she said go to neurologist. you say your a specialist yet tell me its not inner connected when it is and I have chronic pain and a doctor who made me wait over an hour and wouldnt even hear my situation just said I need tubes. pain 1 to 10/ 9 and gave me no meds, sleep aids, nothing. said I need surgery but office will call in 2 wks to see when shes open. bacterial infection cause my ears hurt so bad and need drained and this women could care less.. money money money. that is all shes about. SHE LOST SIGHT OF WHO PAYS HER PAY CHECK, HURTING PEOPLE!!!! WHO NEED HELP. not clients u wont listen to and know its more serious.. e r proof of my case showed that last night after leaving her office being force to go cause pain was so bad... I WILL BE CONTACTING HIGHER UP AND formally complaining... She is unprofessional and needs to find love for what she does or move on to a profession where you can treat people like they are a number and get away with it.... I will never recommend her to anyone I know. My ear and life are to valuable to me to lower myself to let her work on me... NEVER AGAIN!!!!! At least she made a fast 300 seeing me the whole 3 min. she was in the room telling me I need surgery with no compassion or care behind her words... COLD!!!!!

Still having problems with my ears. They have gotten worse after she put tubes in my ears. My hearing has decreased to about 75% out of a 100%. They are clogged and have abnormal noises most of the time in them. It took her 2 weeks to get in touch with me about some results.
